Acharya Girish Jha (info@girshjha.org) lead participants in guided relaxation and discussed the principles of Eastern Wisdom, meditation and the fundamental relationship of living in peace and mindfulness while being human in today’s world.
The proceeds from this event benefit Police Activities League. PAL was reintroduced to the community in June of 2016 to address the needs of at-risk youth and build positive relationships between youth and the police. PAL brings together police officers and boys and girls through sports and school-related activities.
